This project done under Radika Consultant Co. Radika Consultant is a private company based on Surabaya, Indonesia. This heritage building renovated as an office. The original style had not been removed due to the local council restriction. However it was contained an image as a government office for port administration in Tanjung Perak, Surabaya, Indonesia.
